Feeling Blue this week….a tad sad that we are back from our trip to NYC but returning nonetheless full of memories some which are Beautiful as in the Carol King Musical  type of way and then some not so good as in the protests for the president-elect ,which played havoc with people, traffic and frankly the mood!

As everyone knows NYC is a great place to shop (despite the exchange rate), there are a plethora of stores that are happy to separate you from your money. And there is nothing like a little retail therapy to help with one’s mood.

I found these “girlfriend” cut jeans* at Century 21 and immediately put them in my cart. I love the denim colour, the paint splatter detail, the fit, the comfort factor (10) and of course the price ($35.99). A win-win for sure!paint4
